An Introduction to Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan)

Referred to as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is considered the most comprehensive of yoga traditions. Kundalini yoga classes use breath, movement, mantra and meditation to heal and align the mind, body, and spirit. Each class consists of a kriya- a series of postures taught in sequence to produce a desired effect, and a meditation to take you deeper into your authentic self. Teachers choose from the thousands of kriyas and meditations designed to help students deepen their awareness, connect with their creative energy, open the heart, stimulate the circulatory, immune, glandular, and nervous systems, and balance the chakras. 

This workshop is open to students of all levels and no prior experience of yoga is required.
