Laughter yoga is a practice of breathing and laughing together as a group using yogic principles of connection. 

We have heard that laughter is the best medicine, but how often do we laugh for a prolonged time? Studies show our brain doesn't know the difference between natural or created laughter - they are both equally beneficial for our health !
