Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation that brings our body and mind to a space in between waking and sleep. Through guided relaxation and visualizations while lying down, students let go of the stresses of the day and invite in positive affirmation. The relaxation is followed by smiling meditation centered on compassion for the health of the body.
